These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Red Belt Gym platform, websites, and related services (the "Services") provided by Red Belt Software ("Red Belt Software," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.

3. Communications consent

By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive the communications you selected (transactional/informational and/or promotional/marketing) by SMS and email. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time and use the unsubscribe link to opt out of marketing email. 4. Demos and no guarantee of results

Information presented during demos and on our websites is for general informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, lead volumes, or revenue results from using the Services.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including all content, software, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Red Belt Software or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as permitted by these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you submit.

6. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party tools (such as payment, messaging, and advertising providers). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Belt Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Red Belt Software is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
